Thumbprint Ltd. is headquartered in Solon, Ohio and currently employs approximately 30 software engineers, graphic designers, network engineers, support specialists and technical writers. We specialize in developing custom software and hosting solutions for businesses of all types and sizes that enable our clients to conduct extensive market research, improve their products and packaging and easily and inexpensively share information. Thumbprint is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider (MCSP) and many of the company’s developers hold additional Microsoft certifications, including Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Application Developer (MCAD), Database Administrator (MCDBA), and Professional (MCP).

In addition to The Base Rating and redipoint, Thumbprint has developed a wide variety of online software solutions for many of the largest and most respected companies around the world. Several of our technologies are used to manage all aspects of approximately 75 major trade shows per year with on site, phone and email support. We also develop custom online "portals" to enable our clients to easily collect and distribute data with their supply chain.
